Orders

Do you offer custom arrangements?

Yes, this is our bread and butter! We’re happy to design custom arrangements tailored to your vision. Share your preferences in the “special instructions” box at checkout, or reach out directly for a more personalized consultation.

Do you offer pick-up?

At this time we offer delivery only, but we’re happy to bring your flowers right to your door, office, or event space.

Will my flowers look exactly like the picture online?

Every arrangement is handcrafted with seasonal blooms, so some flowers may vary depending on availability. If substitutions are needed, we’ll always use blooms of equal beauty and value to achieve the same look and feel.

Do you do wedding or event florals?

Yes — we love helping with intimate gatherings, weddings, and small events. Reach out through our contact form, and we’ll be glad to discuss your options.

What is your cancellation/return policy?

Because each arrangement is handcrafted and perishable, we cannot accept returns once flowers are delivered. If your order needs to be canceled, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Should you ever have a concern about your arrangement upon delivery, please contact us right away — we want to make it right.

Delivery

Can I schedule a delivery for a specific time?

We currently offer two delivery windows: 9am–12pm and 12pm–4pm. If you’d like to request a more specific time, you can add it in the “special instructions” box at checkout. While exact times aren’t guaranteed, we’ll always do our best to accommodate.

What happens if the recipient isn’t home?

Since the Texas heat is unforgiving, if the recipient isn’t available, we will contact the sender. We can leave the flowers with a neighbor, re-deliver, or arrange a pick-up to ensure they arrive safely. If the weather is forgiving, we may be able to leave them on the front porch.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes! For same-day delivery in Austin, orders must be placed before 11:00am. Orders received after this time will be delivered the following day.

Do you deliver outside of Austin?

At this time, we focus on Austin and the surrounding metro area. If you’d like delivery outside of Austin, please reach out before placing your order — we may be able to help or recommend a trusted local florist in that area.

Flower care

How should I care for my flowers once they arrive?

Keep water fresh, trim stems, remove wilted blooms, and place in a cool, shaded spot. Enjoy longer-lasting blooms with just a little love!

What if my flowers don’t last as long as expected?

Most blooms should stay vibrant for several days, depending on their placement and care. While we can’t guarantee an exact lifespan, we understand that sometimes a replacement may be needed. If that happens, just give us a call or send photos via email or text, and we’ll be happy to discuss the next steps.
